Bonus Terms Apply

Definitions and Interpretation
The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall prevail. References to "days" mean calendar days unless stated otherwise. References to "Bangladesh" include all administrative divisions: Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to zbz8 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. zbz8 applies a strict 18+ policy across all gaming and betting activities on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- Personal use: You must be using the platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
- Non-restricted jurisdiction: You must not be accessing zbz8 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where such prohibition applies to you personally. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your specific location.
- Not self-excluded: You must not have requested a self-exclusion period on zbz8 or any affiliated platform that is currently active. zbz8 will void any account opened by a player who is subject to an active self-exclusion.
zbz8 applies age verification as a standard component of its KYC process. Players who are requested to complete KYC verification must supply valid government-issued identification confirming their date of birth. zbz8 reserves the right to suspend a player's account and withhold withdrawal of funds pending satisfactory age verification. Where a player is found to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited in full. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any games played using those funds.
Players are responsible for ensuring that any person accessing zbz8 via their device, connection, or account also meets the eligibility requirements above. Account holders must take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the zbz8 platform via their devices.

Account Registration and Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active zbz8 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where zbz8 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be closed, all bonus funds will be voided, and zbz8 reserves the right to void any winnings generated across the duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are opened to exploit bonuses, this constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zbz8 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. zbz8 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access that arises from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zbz8 immediately at [email protected]. zbz8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
3.4 KYC Verification
zbz8 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in line with responsible gaming and platform security best practices. KYC may be requested at any time but is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Documents typically requested include a national identity card (NID), passport, or valid driving licence, together with proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.
3.5 Account Closure
Players may request closure of their zbz8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of KYC checks. zbz8 reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms without prior notice. Upon closure for cause, zbz8 may withhold bonuses and associated winnings but will return verified real-money deposits less any applicable losses from play.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
zbz8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following payment channels, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):
- Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank
zbz8 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits from payment methods in a name other than the registered player's name will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits
The minimum deposit amount on zbz8 is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable maximum transaction limits are published in the payments section of the zbz8 platform and are subject to change. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions. zbz8 may impose individual transaction limits on specific accounts at its discretion as a responsible gaming or fraud prevention measure.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's zbz8 wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating financial institution. zbz8 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or bank processing schedules outside of zbz8's control.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by zbz8 within one to three business days, subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be paid to the payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made, to the extent technically possible. Where that method is unavailable, zbz8 will contact the player to arrange an alternative, always subject to identity verification.
4.5 Currencies and Conversion
All transactions on zbz8 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zbz8 does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by zbz8. Players using payment services that apply their own conversion fees will bear those costs independently.
4.6 Chargebacks and Disputes
Players must not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank or mobile financial service provider without first raising the matter with zbz8's support team. Initiating a chargeback without prior written notice to zbz8 will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. zbz8 reserves the right to recover funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks by any legally available means.
4.7 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. zbz8 may apply a monthly administration fee of up to ৳200 against dormant account balances after providing written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
zbz8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, live casino cashback, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail for that offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a player's zbz8 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion details. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are locked and cannot be withdrawn. zbz8 may specify which games or markets contribute toward wagering requirements — typically slots contribute 100% while live casino table games contribute at a lower percentage. Players should review individual bonus terms carefully.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not activated within the stated activation window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation. zbz8 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
zbz8 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following behaviours are considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:
- Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
- Using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk
- Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms through collusion
- Providing false registration information to qualify for a bonus
- Any pattern of play that zbz8, in its reasonable assessment, considers designed to exploit bonus terms rather than to engage with zbz8's games in good faith
5.5 zbz8's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions
zbz8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account and wagering has commenced, zbz8 will not retroactively change the wagering requirements for that specific active bonus instance.
Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Permitted Use
zbz8 grants registered players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zbz8 platform for personal entertainment gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit any commercial exploitation of zbz8's platform, content, data, or intellectual property.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on zbz8 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Cheating and fraud: Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use any method that gives an unfair advantage over zbz8 or other players.
- Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with zbz8's platform without human input.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players, dealers, or zbz8 employees to gain an unfair advantage, share information improperly, or manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
- Match-fixing: Placing bets in connection with any known or suspected match-fixing arrangement, insider knowledge, or coordination with participants in the event being wagered upon.
- Money laundering: Using zbz8 as a vehicle to process, layer, or integrate proceeds of crime. zbz8 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
- Unauthorised access: Attempting to access zbz8's back-end systems, databases, administrative panels, or any part of the platform not intended for public use.
- Intellectual property infringement: Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from zbz8's platform content, game graphics, odds data, or any other proprietary material.
6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where zbz8 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, zbz8 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account; forfeiture of all bonus funds and wagering requirement progress; withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation; recovery of funds paid out as a result of fraudulent activity; and reporting the matter to law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh.

- Loss limits: Caps on the total net losses a player may sustain within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
- Wagering limits: Restrictions on the maximum total stake that may be placed within a defined period.
- Session time limits: A maximum duration for a single gaming session, after which the player will receive a notification and may be required to take a mandatory break.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take an extended break from gambling on zbz8 may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
8.1 Platform Availability
zbz8 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. 8.2 Limitation of Financial Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbz8's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to use of the zbz8 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their zbz8 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. zbz8 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits or loss of opportunity, whether or not zbz8 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.3 Game Outcomes and Fairness
All games available on zbz8 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. zbz8 does not manipulate game outcomes. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of zbz8 must first be submitted to zbz8's customer support team in writing at [email protected]. zbz8 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mediation before resorting to any formal legal proceedings.
8.6 Amendments to These Terms
zbz8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email address or by a prominent notice on the zbz8 platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of zbz8 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5 above.
8.7 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with zbz8's Privacy Policy (available at zbz8.app/privacy-policy) and Responsible Gaming Policy (available at zbz8.app/responsible-gaming), constitute the entire agreement between you and zbz8 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
